Reinforced Structure: Features a European-style double-layer annular jacket design that reduces stress concentration and dramatically increases load capacity and equipment lifespan under fluctuating temperature and pressure loads.
High-End Components: Equipped with a Siemens control system (PLC and touchscreen), German temperature probe, pressure transmitter, angle seat valve, and a SPECK liquid ring vacuum pump.
Advanced Door Safety: Equipped with a motorized door system with safety interlocks based on both pressure (prevents opening if the pressure exceeds 20 kPa) and temperature (in liquid programs, the door will not open until the temperature drops below 60°C).
Use and Application: Ideal for sterilizing moisture- and heat-resistant medical materials, including solid and hollow surgical instruments, fabric dressings, rubber items, and unsealed liquids.
